Flames dance and spices sing at BAAN BAAN, a new home for our young Thai chefs Art and Eak to showcase the flavours of their homeland. Here, the sizzle of the wok and the aroma of fresh herbs set the stage for a menu that is as vibrant as it is heartfelt.
MEET THE CHEFS
Chef Eak and Chef Art, the beating hearts of their respective kitchens in Ho Lee Fook and Fukuro, have come together under the guidance of Executive Chef ArChan of Ho Lee Fook to curate a menu of the dishes the two have long been preparing for team meals, the Black Sheep Team Canteen and group outings, inspired by the flavours and memories of their own upbringings in The Land of Smiles.
After years of leading kitchens and celebrating the cuisines of Hong Kong, Japan and beyond, Chef Eak and Chef Art now have a stage to tell their stories and share a taste of Thai heritage, culture, identity and home.

Sundays at BAAN BAAN are about getting messy, going big and worth getting out of bed for. Wok-fried and spice-packed goodness with no rules, no rush, just damn good Thai food to send off the weekend right.
